There is so much to say about all the things Araceli has done for us that it is hard to shorten into 150 characters. Araceli has been more than a Mortgage Banker for us. She has been our personal Financial Adviser; By going through our finances, showing us how to set our budgets and explaining the things we need to do to meet our financial goals. She has been our Credit Adviser; by helping us correct our credit issues and discrepancies. It was pledger working with araceli when everybody was telling me that I can’t find a house and she solved the problem and in less then 4 months she found the right house I wanted ,her and her team did a very nice job I recommend Araceli for finding houses

Araceli me dio una excelente explicación de mi buro de crédito y como funciona para lograr el máximo puntaje de scores, me impresione mucho con los resultados de sus consejos para mejorar mi crédito de ahora en adelante. Araceli fue muy especifica en los documentos que tenia que presentarle ahorrándome tiempo. Me enseño las diferentes formas de pre-calificarme para los prestamos hipotecarios disponibles para escoger el que mas esta acorde a mi crédito, ingresos, ahorros y pago mensual que me acomoda. Ahora se como trabajan el programa de FHA, Homepath y FNMA Convencional y tuve control de escoger el mejor plan de acuerdo a mis necesidades. Aparte de ensenarme los planes financieros, también busco y encontró entre mas de 90 opciones la casa que lleno mis expectativas y mi sueno de comprar mi primer casa. Lo que mas me gusto fue su forma de asesorar que no solo incluye su servicio de mortgage banker y real estate agent, pero también se preocupa porque aprenda y entienda el proceso de principio a fin sin dudas. El proceso de la primera entrevista asta ofertar y recibir aprobación del préstamo fue muy rápido, no pensé que seria tan veloz pero gracias al magnifico desempeño de Araceli eh visto mis deseos hechos realidad en apenas un par de semanas.
