The two towers twist at 38 degree angle creating a dancing silhouette along the miami Skyline and therefore maximizing view of the waterfront.

This Unit District concept has resulted in an architectural complex composed of Faena House, a 24-story building with 47 ocean view luxury residences, designed by Foster; Faena Saxony Hotel, a redevelopment of the iconic Saxony hotel by a distinguished creative team that includes filmmakers Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin; Faena Arts Center, Faena Bazaar and Artists-in-Residence Center; and Faena Park, designed by  Rem Koolhaas and the architectural firm OMA; Faena Marina, located along Indian Creek; and Faena Gardens, created by the distinguished landscape architect Raymond Jungles.

The upcoming Jade Signature is designed by starchitects Herzog & de Meuron, the firm that did the famous 1111 parking garage and the Perez Art Museum Miami.

One thousand museum is an ultra luxury pre-construction condo development with priced ranging from $5.5m, for half floor residences to $49mm for a palatial two-story penthouse for the entire 58th and 59th floor, spanning over 15,000 interior square feet. It will include a private indoor pool as well. 

One thousand Museum will be one of the most spectacular residential developments in the world. Internationally acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid has been commissioned to design the 62-story architectural masterpiece. It will have just 83 museum quality residences (4 duplex townhouses, 70 half-floor units, 8 full-floor penthouses and 1 double-story full floor penthouse. It will be the first residential development in South Florida to have its own rooftop helipad. Immediately below the rooftop helipad is a double-height aquatic center, featuring an infinity edge pool flush against the building’s exterior glass window wall. Frank Gehry turned the Bacardi Complex into an Arts Campus designing a master plan to convert the 3.5-acre former corporate campus into a multidisciplinary arts complex that will include year-round cultural programming. He creates a park and replace an existing office building which is not landmarked with a new performing arts center of his design. Under the new plans the tower will contain an existing entry-level art gallery, along with new administrative offices and housing for artists in residence.

Designed by Grimshaw, the Frost Museum of Science will have a planetarium in a ball just like at the Natural History Museum in New York. However, unlike the Natural History Museum, it’ll also have a ballroom under a glass bottomed shark tank.
